Simply Sleep provide advice that is designed to teach parents strategies that will enable their children to sleep through the night independently. The information we provide has been designed to complement that given by the UK’s National Health Service, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and The Canadian Pediatric Society. It is not intended as an alternative, and we would recommend that all parents seek professional medical advice where appropriate.
All of our advice regarding sleep follows the SIDs guidelines provided on the Lullaby Trust website as recommended by the NHS. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s sleep environment or sleeping position then we recommend you refer to this site or ask your midwife, health visitor or doctor so that you can make an informed decision.
If your child has a pre-existing medical condition other than colic reflux or baby eczema then you should check with your midwife, health visitor or doctor before purchasing one of our services. In some circumstances pre-existing medical conditions may prevent us from being able to support your child at this time, this is one of the reasons that we suggest booking an Initial Consultancy Call prior to purchasing a full plan. However, in circumstances where a full plan has already been purchased we will use our discretion to arrange a credit note or refund for the cost of the full plan minus the cost of the Initial Consultation.
The first few days of implementing a sleep plan can be very up and down, but we ask that you persevere, trust our methods and use your call or email allocation to reach out for moral support and reassurance if needed. Our plans rely on consistency so that your child is able to develop sleep strategies on their own.
It can sometimes be the case that there may be more than one reason that your child is struggling with their sleep. In these instances, we will give you our opinion based on the most likely explanation and recommend solutions accordingly. However, it may be that some trial and error is required to identify the root cause and resolve accordingly.

Contributory gift vouchers purchased for monetary amounts are valid for 5 years. Gift vouchers purchased for specific services will be honoured for 12 months from the date of purchase after which they will then be converted to a monetary value and valid for a further 4 years.
If a gift voucher is purchased for our Sleep Foundations Plan and not redeemed within the first 10 weeks of the baby's life it can be transferred to a Sleep Transformation Plan, with the price difference payable.
To redeem a gift voucher simply follow the instructions on the e-voucher.
We recommend purchasing an Initial Consultation Call prior to purchasing a full plan this way you have an opportunity to find out more about what to expect from our service before fully committing.
When you go on to purchase a full plan, the cost of this call will be deducted from the full plan price when booked within six weeks from the date of your call.
Should you wish to cancel the service you have purchased, your payment will not be refunded except when deemed 'exceptional circumstances'. This is entirely at our discretion e.g. medical conditions or significant life events beyond your control that would make implementation of the plan unsuccessful.
We are a small business and as such have very tight windows for appointments, as such we strongly encourage you not to cancel or reschedule appointments unless entirely necessary. We understand that by its nature, one symptom of having a child that does not sleep is that it is often difficult to plan your time. However, we are unable to reschedule indefinitely and you may be charged for reschedules that fall outside of our 48 hour notice window.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Manx courts.
