How do we collect your data?
Information about you and your child may be collected via spoken or written information that you provide directly such as through an enquiry, an email, a comment on our website, through social media or on the phone. If your enquiry does not result in a service booking then this personal information will be held on file for 2 years, in case you get in contact again.

Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, Simply Sleep uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimise our users' experience by customising our web page content based on a visitors' browser type and/or other information. Customers who purchase our Sleep Transformation Plan will be asked to complete a detailed preliminary questionnaire and Sleep Logs. All of this information is required so that we are able to understand your specific situation and tailor our service accordingly. All of the information is stored on our third party form builder site, Jot Form, whose Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.jotform.com/privacy/
Our website is hosted by GoDaddy, you can read their privacy policy at https://uk.godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy
Our emails and documents are stored in a password protected Microsoft 365 Outlook account, you can view their privacy policy at https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement
Our accounting information is stored on Quickbooks, you can view their privacy policy at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/. The only information we log on here is your name, email, country of residence, the amount and date of your payment and your PayPal transaction reference number. None of your account details are copied from PayPal.
Our CRM/customer journey and task management are done via Begin (hosted by Zoho) and their privacy policy can be found at https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html . No health information is coped from JotForm and no account details are copied from PayPal. The information used on this third party platform are identifying information such as names, email addresses and phone numbers, and your child's first name and age. This is simply so we can identify where you are in our process and ensure you receive support and expected communication in a timely manor.
We have done extensive research into each of our service providers and believe them to be reputable, meeting their legal/regulatory obligations and following best practice, including not selling or sharing your data. However, if you experience anything less than this please get in touch.
Data storage- Simply Sleep
All of your personal information is stored securely in our systems to ensure that we have a complete record of our service. We will store your data electronically in a password protected computer and email system. We will retain your personal data for a maximum of 7 years in line with the coverage of our services and it will then be deleted.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
