A 15 minute initial consultation is the first step in each of our sleep plans. During this phone call we will assess how we can best help you and your family and are likely to ask questions about your child's current sleep habits and medical issues.
The call also provides you with an opportunity to find out what to expect from our service. By purchasing the call prior to a full plan, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about our methods before you fully commit. When you go on to purchase a full plan, the cost of this call will be deducted from the plan price when booked within six weeks.
You will receive two email notifications following your purchase, these will be sent to the email address linked to your PayPal account. The first will be an automated payment confirmation from PayPal. The second will come from hello@simply-sleep.co.uk and will arrive within 24 hours (often sooner). Please add our email address to your contacts, or keep an eye on your junk mail. This email will contain a link to our appointment calendar so you can book your call at a time that suits.
