SLEEP FOUNDATIONS WORKSHOP

Our Sleep Foundations Workshop is designed for expectant parents, or those with a baby under 10 weeks, and focuses on laying gentle sleep foundations from birth.  

The workshop will be held from 1-4pm on Saturday March 1st 2025 at Hopes & Dreams, Woodbourne Road, Douglas. During refreshment breaks and at the end of the workshop you are invited to take part in an informal tour of the nursery setting.

1pm Welcome and refreshments

1.15pm Sleep Presentation covering:

• Sleep, health and wellbeing for parents and baby
• What ‘good’ looks like at different ages
• The science behind our baby’s sleep

2.30pm Refreshment break and Hopes & Dreams Nursery Tour (optional)

2.50pm Sleep Foundations Plan Delivery session covering:

• Separating night & day
• Developing self-soothing strategies
• Wake windows and feeding
• Naptime routines
• Bedtime routines
• Night feeding
• Avoiding common problems
• Helpful hints & tips
• Ideal schedules to work towards 
• Introduction to our Sleep Club

4pm Hopes & Dreams Nursery Tour (optional)

The cost of this workshop is £70 and includes the following:

• Attendance of two adults who will be playing an active role in the child's care
• Refreshments
• Over two hours of invaluable science-based training and insight
• A Sleep Foundations Plan to take home and implement
• One Follow Up Support Call (Normally £45) and two support emails in the first 10 weeks of your baby being born .
