Most new parents believe that sleep deprivation is normal, we know, we have been there! And it is usually not until after many unnecessary months of sleep deprivation that people reach their wits' end and start to question this 'normality'.
But you don't need to wait until you reach breaking-point before finding a solution. If you have read this far and are either an expectant parent or have a newborn baby under 10 weeks of age, you have already made a huge step in the right direction.
Our gentle Sleep Foundations Plan will arm you with all of the information that you need to set your baby on the path to becoming a great sleeper, whilst still having plenty of cuddles.
Before booking, we recommend purchasing an Initial Consultation so that you have the opportunity to find out more about our methods before you fully commit. The cost will then be deducted from the total price of your sleep plan.
If you proceed without booking a separate Initial Consultation, you will receive two email notifications following your purchase, these will be sent to the email address linked to your PayPal account. The first will be an automated payment confirmation from PayPal. The second will come from hello@simply-sleep.co.uk and will arrive within 24 hours (often sooner). Please add our email address to your contacts, or keep an eye on your junk mail, as this email will contain next steps information.

During this call we will assess how we can best help you and your family and are likely to ask questions about your child's current sleep habits and medical issues (if already born). It also provides you with an opportunity to find out more about what to expect from the Sleep Foundations Plan. Consultations can take place before or after the baby has arrived, up to 10 weeks.
We will put together the gentle sleep plan that will provide you with strategies that will enable you to teach your baby to sleep independently from birth. There will be plenty of opportunity for newborn cuddles whilst helping you lay the foundations for a good sleep routine.
During this Skype consultation we will guide you through your foundations plan in detail. We will explain some of the science behind the strategies, such as setting your baby's circadian rhythm, observing wake-windows and self-soothing. We will also discuss your baby's basic sleep needs both during the day and night, their sleep environment and how to avoid common sleep issues. You will leave the call feeling educated, confident and equipped with all the right tools to support your new addition on this exciting journey.
We recommend that you use this call within the first two weeks of implementing the plan and definitely before your baby gets to three months. It can be used as a general discussion, to answer any questions that you have or address any issues that may have arisen.
You can email us on two occasions with questions at any time within the first three months of your baby’s birth and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).
