Following an initial consultation where she will gather information on your child's existing sleep habits, our sleep consultant (Emma) will provide you with a step-by-step, 24 hour sleep plan that is tailored to help your child sleep.
Emma will then provide you with further support while you implement the plan, by the end of which your little one will be sleeping independently for the whole night, napping during the day, if appropriate, and resettling upon waking.
Emma is a Baby Sleep the Night™ certified consultant and works in line with the recommendations prescribed by the UK’s National Health Service, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and The Canadian Pediatric Society.
