TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FEBRUARY 2025 'SPREAD THE LOVE' CAMPAIGN:
Initial call bookings must be made using the specified link (https://simply-sleep.co.uk/appointment-calendar/ola/services/initial-consultation-tired-friends) and received by the 28th February 2025 – although the actual appointments can fall outside of this time frame.
Following the initial call, each client will have six weeks to decide if they would like to proceed with booking a full plan. When payment is received within those six weeks, the client will be asked to provide the name and contact details of the person who made the recommendation. We will then issue the voucher and will be in touch to arrange getting it to you.
Vouchers can be issued for M&S, Tesco or Riley’s Garden Centre or a donation in lieu of a voucher can be made to PlayMaker on your behalf.
