This is our most popular sleep plan and is suitable for parents of children aged 4 months to 8 years who may be struggling to settle to sleep, stay asleep throughout the night/early in the morning, or who do not nap well throughout the day.
This comprehensive plan will be tailored to your family's needs and is designed to teach your little one self-soothing and independent sleep over the course of a 10 night plan. However all children are different, some take to the plan much quicker and some a bit slower, as such we offer 14 days of support should you need it.
Before booking, we recommend purchasing an Initial Consultation so that you have the opportunity to find out more about our methods before you fully commit. The cost will then be deducted from the total price of your sleep plan.
If you proceed without booking a separate Initial Consultation, you will receive two email notifications following your purchase, these will be sent to the email address linked to your PayPal account. The first will be an automated payment confirmation from PayPal. The second will come from hello@simply-sleep.co.uk and will arrive within 24 hours (often sooner). Please add our email address to your contacts, or keep an eye on your junk mail, as this email will contain next steps information.
Once we receive your payment we will send you a link to our preliminary questionnaire and ask you to book in for an initial consultation call. We ask that you answer as honestly, and in as much detail as possible, so that we can best tailor your sleep transformation plan to your family. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, our sleep consultant Emma, will get to work on putting your plan together and will endeavour to do this within 3 working days. When your transformation plan is ready we will then invite you, via email, to book in your 90 minute consultation where we will go over the plan in detail and answer any questions.

During this call we will assess how we can best help you and your family and are likely to ask questions about your child's current sleep habits and medical issues. It also provides you with an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about what to expect from the Sleep Transformation Plan and the methods we use.
This questionnaire will form the basis for your tailored sleep plan and as such we ask that you provide as much detail as possible and you are totally honest with your answers. We promise there will be no judgement, we have most likely been in your shoes ourselves!
We will put together a gentle 10 night sleep plan that will provide you with strategies that will enable you to teach your child to sleep independently. Ordinarily our plan is based on a 12 hour night-time sleep, with additional age appropriate naps during the day, however it can easily be amended to suit your individual family needs.
During this Skype consultation we will guide you through your plan in detail. We will explain some of the science behind our strategies and discuss your child's basic sleep needs, their sleep environment and how to overcome common sleep issues. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and address any specific sleep issues that your family is facing. You will leave the call feeling educated, confident and equipped with all the right tools to support your child on this exciting journey.
These short follow-up consultations can be used to discuss how implementation of the plan is going and make amendments as necessary. The first call will always take place after night one of the plan, as this is where there tends to be most to discuss. The remaining three calls can then be used at your discretion during the 10-day plan.
You can contact us once daily via emails (excluding Sundays) with any questions or concerns. We will reply as quickly as we can, and always within one working day.
