Getting the right amount of sleep each night enables your school goer to learn, function and grow to their full potential.
Just as sleep is important to us as parents, children who get continuously good sleep also benefit from healthier immune systems, better mental health and tend to have fewer problems with behaviour. In fact, children thrive on regular bedtime routine and this is evident in their general mood, ability to concentrate, ability to regulate their emotions and overall wellbeing.
This online workshop is being held on Monday 13th October from 7:30-9:30pm and will cover:
• Why sleep is important to your school-goer
• The science behind good sleep
• The signs of sleep deprivation
• How poor sleep manifests at home/school
• How to deal with behavioural challenges around bedtime.
We will also provide you with tried and tested strategies and routines that you can implement immediately to improve your child's sleep.
